I am an artist, researcher and writer, whose work focuses on the structures and mechanisms of information.
I have served on the faculty of the University of Washington, and Carnegie Mellon University where I taught interdisciplinary studies often blurring the boundaries between the humanities, science, engineering and economics. I have also lectured and presented my work in Japan and Europe.
Later, I became interested in the markets as a living system, which I observed to be similar to the other biological systems that we have seen translated into the sciences and engineering. I devoted several years to learning about the financial sector, earning my National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) licenses and working for a brokerage firm, in order to gain perspective.
More recently, I founded WRLDs LLC, an organization whose goal is to provide transparency within complex cultural trends, fields of study and technologies.
